Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, unpeeled
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions

Core apples, and peel a strip of skin from apple around the center top to prevent bursting.

Place apples in a 2-quart round casserole. Fill center of each apple with one-fourth of the sugar, cinnamon, and butter mixture.

Pour orange juice around apples; cover. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings:
