Kahlua Coffee Pops

This may be the best way to enjoy coffee on a hot summer day.

Kahlua coffee popsicles

Makes ten to twelve 2.5 ounce pops.

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cups half & half
  • ¾ cup espresso
  • ½ cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup sugar

Instructions

Soak wooden pop sticks in a glass of warm water for at least 30 minutes. Stir together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Divide mixture between ice pop molds. Insert pop sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.
